Moore Farms
November 3, 2019

Family farms have largely been rented, so moved from place to place over five generations. Third generation on current farms (owned). Grandfather purchased farm in 1940s for $400/acre. I farmed this ground with dad’s equipment during college to pay for my education expenses. Grandfather’s farm was then rented out for next 30 years. I began farming it again in 2010; purchased additional land nearby to create Vintage Farms.
